I awaken about 6 hours ago, around 4am. I peered out the window long enough to see the sun slowly rising, as it did….

Many thoughts, “What do I owe such an awesome privilege to be among the land of the living?”

How can I give back to this day that fully articulates my appreciation?

With the hours, minutes and moments that pass by; how must I spend each second?

What is my responsibility to THIS DAY and expectation?

All of each, lie within the foundational approach I began my thoughts, my actions, my priorities and gratitude.

Will today be wonderful or will today be wasted?
